Ahmed graduated from Hotel & Restaurant Management School in Rabat, Morocco. He trained and managed first class hotels in Morocco, France, England and the USA. Commonwealth Holiday Inn brought Ahmed to Canada to managed and run the Holiday Inn in Ottawa. Ahmed left the hotel operations to share his industry knowledge by teaching Hotel & Restaurant Management for the Toronto Business School & La Cité Collegiate in Ottawa for 15 years. Ahmed moved on to establishing his own gourmet food brokerage distribution & supply company for hotels, restaurants, and other foodservice establishments and continues to do so today.
