Sanju has been with Ontario Restaurant Hotel & Motel Association since 2008 in his capacity as Financial Controller.

He has extensive hospitality management experience since 1992 when he was invited to join the management position from a part time back of the house position.

Before his entry into the hospitality industry he saw himself a career path in the Financial Services Industry. Although he took a break in 2001 for a short stint at the Financial Service industry, he returned to home because his heart was still at the Hospitality Industry.

He lives in Mississauga with his wife and two children.
