Condé Nast Names Top Canadian Hotels Last month, Condé Nast Traveler magazine released its list of Top 40 Hotels in Canada, based on more than 28,000 reader responses. Canadian Culinary Federation Chef of the Year 2011  Executive Chef Russell Weir of the Sheraton Ottawa was named Chef of the Year at the first annual Culinary Celebration banquet by the Canadian Culinary Federation, Ottawa Chapter.
