The strength of the Ontario Craft Brewers is based on a passion to re-kindle and keep alive the spirit of traditional brewing. 

Throughout history breweries have been an integral, vital part of their communities and the beer produced has reflected the pride, passion and personality of the brewer and the community.

Brewing in smaller batches, and within strictly adhered to 'craft brewing' quality guidelines, these artisans are able to brew traditional styles of beer or be inspired with the knowledge of millenniums of brewing history to create new gastronomic adventures with the combination of many natural ingredients.
